The Headland Hotel offers a grand experience near Fistral Beach, with easy access to both the beach and Newquay. Guests consistently praise the spacious and comfortable rooms, many featuring great views, with some even enjoying clawfoot tubs. Very nice Stay!

wonderful faciallovely waitressspecial treatheated towel rail
I had a special birthday treat with friends! The Elemis facial was wonderful. Jorja. The Wickedly Witchy Afternoon tea was superb. Cat looked after us so well. The resident Witch sang 'Happy Birthday' to me!
The heated towel rails in the room didn't work. Maintenance fixed them, but only for one night of my five-night stay.

dust presencecrowded spa
The room's cleanliness was not up to par, I found dust in several areas and felt it needed more thorough cleaning. The spa complex became VERY crowded with day visitors. There was hardly any space to relax or enjoy the facilities. My massage was also a letdown. It felt quite mediocre considering the price I paid for it.

Refined rooms and Amazing Staff

digital showerfriendly staffreserved lounger
The room was super clean and comfortable. I loved the digital shower. It tells you how much water i used. The staff were friendly and helpful . Customer service training is taken seriously here, this felt very genuine.
I noticed that every lounger were taken up with towels. It seems this is usual, even at a busy time of day. I did not see people sitting on those chairs. Ordering drinks to the pool at sunset, though, was a great experience.

My room had blackout curtains. It would be very useful during summer months. I appreciated the amazing views out to sea. The room was super clean and comfortable.

The room i received was alright, but the bathroom window was quite dirty. It looked out onto a wall, too! the room itself felt a bit cramped for a 5-star place, and i must say, it was not the most comfortable stay. i hoped for a cleaner window and a more spacious room.
